Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive patient care by accurately dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and supporting pharmacy programs in compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandise presentation, inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead and mentor associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to safety, quality, and legal standards. Oversee pharmacy operations, including compliance, inventory flow, financial management, and patient safety initiatives. Promote a culture of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and implement process improvements. Communicate effectively with team members, build strong relationships, and support community outreach efforts. Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of integrity and ethics. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, valid pharmacy license, and completion of immunization training. Preferred experience includes U.S. pharmacy practice. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
