Job Summary

Location: Good Samaritan Hospital at 375 Dixmyth Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45220 Work Hours PRN Optional hours Weekends and holidays rotation Incentives & Benefits This position is classified as PRN and is not eligible for TriHealth benefits.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma and active enrollment in an accredited college of pharmacy
• Currently enrolled in an Accredited Pharmacy School
• Registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Intern
• Up to 1 year of experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential reports
• Enter and retrieve data using the computer system
• Prepare intravenous medications (including chemotherapeutic preparations, hyperalimentations, and antibiotics)
• Pre-fill patient cassette drawers with a 24-hour supply of unit dose medications
• Procure and fill requests for pharmaceutical supplies
• Deliver supplies to nursing units
