Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to supervising nurses.
• Perform basic life support and emergency response procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Effective communication skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
