About the role
A Pharmacy Director–Practice Site contributes to AHF by overseeing Pharmacy Operations and serves as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, as required by the Board of Pharmacy. As a clinical pharmacist, you will work in an innovative environment focused on improving, developing, and implementing new systems and processes to maintain and enhance AHF’s cutting-edge services that improve patient lives.
The Pharmacy Director-Practice Site enhances AHF’s reputation by collaborating with colleagues and team members to provide innovative clinical services, sharing ideas, learning from others, and participating in training and networking. In an AHF co-located Healthcare Center/Pharmacy, you will be an active member of the Tetrad Management Team. You will advocate for AHF’s top initiatives while ensuring the organization’s Core Values and Mission remain central to all actions.
AHF operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Pharmacy Director-Practice Site will work as part of a close-knit team to contribute “Best Practice” ideas and ensure consistent application of processes, procedures, and policies across the organization. Responsibilities may include attending internal and external meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
