This employee communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, determine ongoing and additional product or service needs, and support compliance with physician direction. They operate within Board of Pharmacy Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound, manual and/or automated calls
• Assesses customer need for additional products or services and compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products and services
• Documents calls and enters customers' orders in a computerized record-keeping system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number
• Meets specific performance objectives related to number of calls handled, orders processed, time on call, and time entering information
