About the role
Complete all residency program competency areas, educational goals, and objectives set by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
- Develop and execute a major performance improvement or research project under supervision.
- Fulfill all required and elective rotations and assigned projects.
- Demonstrate competency in managing weekend and evening shifts, including on-call, clinical, and distributive duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree from an accredited college.
- Licensed and in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy (within 3 months of hire).
- Memberships in relevant professional organizations encouraged.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification encouraged; required within 3 months.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 4 months.
