About the role

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join its growing National Salesforce. Based in Omaha, Lincoln, Sioux City, and surrounding areas, this role involves generating sales, promoting product benefits, and building relationships with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and promote clinical and economic benefits of the product
  • Build and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted healthcare providers (HCPs) and staff
  • Educate healthcare staff on company products and their uses
  • Identify new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on sales-related issues
  • Create consultative, solution-oriented business partnerships with clients by meeting regularly with HCPs and staff
  • Execute a specific and integrated action plan for assigned region to achieve defined territory and sales goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of sales experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, B2B, capital equipment, medical device, or related industry (Pharmaceutical Sales Rep)
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with documented sales success (Healthcare Sales Rep)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully growing and managing a territory
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic business plans
  • Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain complex medical and scientific information
  • Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to influence without direct authority

Qualifications

  • Anticipated salary range: $100-120K/yr. Base salary offered is contingent on assessment of candidate’s education and experience level relative to requirements of the position and a review of related industry standards and internal equity
