About the role
The Investment Management - Investments PGIM program is open to candidates who are currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program and will graduate between December 2026 and May 2027. PGIM is a diversified asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., offering a range of real estate, real estate debt, agriculture, and impact solutions across the risk-return spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and underwrite commercial real estate debt investment opportunities across all property types, structures, risk profiles, and geographies.
- Create cash flow models, Argus models, sensitivity tables, rent roll analysis, waterfall models, and other financial analysis required to evaluate, pursue, and close debt investment opportunities.
- Assist senior professionals in leading the due diligence and closing processes for originations in conjunction with the portfolio management team.
Requirements
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability.
- Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
