PGIM: 2027 Real Estate, Agency Summer Investment Analyst Program
About the role
The PGIM Real Estate Agency Summer Investment Analyst Program is designed for undergraduate students who will graduate between December 2027 and May 2028. This program offers hands-on experience in the agency lending business, with opportunities to work with Underwriting and Deal Management teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze potential loans to ensure they meet appropriate standards.
- Handle the due diligence process with internal and external parties.
- Analyze investment strategy, cash flow assumptions, and market data.
- Complete detailed investment packages for credit approval.
- Assist credit officers in achieving mortgage production goals.
- Serve as a resource for origination teams on policies and procedures.
- Support the Real Estate Investment team in analyzing real estate debt transactions involving various capital sources.
- Conduct market research, due diligence tracking, and prepare financial models.
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models for property valuation and borrower credit assessments.
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Preferred Qualifications
- Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required.
- Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability.
- Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
