About the role
The PGIM Real Estate, Agency Investment Analyst Program is a structured 3-year initiative designed to provide hands-on experience in the agency lending business. Opportunities exist within the Underwriting and Portfolio/Deal Management teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze potential loans to ensure they meet appropriate standards.
- Handle the due diligence process with internal and external parties.
- Analyze investment strategy, cash flow assumptions, and market data.
- Complete detailed investment packages for credit approval.
- Provide analytical support including market research, due diligence tracking and review, cash flow modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review, and prepare loan submissions for transactions.
- Perform Excel-based financial modeling and analysis.
Requirements
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Qualifications
- Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required.
- Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability.
- Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
