Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for over 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items according to recipe specification and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high quality of food production and presentation.
- Maintain sanitary standards before, during, and after service.
- Ensure proper inventory and station preparation.
- Perform duties as assigned by Sous Chefs.
Position Requirements
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items.
- Knowledge of proper cooking procedures.
- Knowledge of proper knife handling and techniques.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
