What You'll Do
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and café standards
- Follow daily prep lists and maintain appropriate inventory levels of prepared products
- Produce a variety of hot and cold food items for café service
- Stock and maintain the micro market, ensuring products are available and properly displayed
- Rotate products according to established date-coding and freshness guidelines
- Maintain food cases and displays to ensure proper product rotation and presentation
- Receive and properly store product deliveries
- Stock beverage stations with drinks, cups, lids, condiments, and supplies
- Serve team members at the hot line, grill, and sandwich/salad stations
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to Bell & Evans team members
- Aid in dishwashing, restocking, and general kitchen support
- Properly operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the café, kitchen, storage areas, and service stations
- Complete daily, weekly, and scheduled deep-cleaning responsibilities
- Complete all required food safety and company training programs
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy meal periods

Physical Requirements

- Perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, stooping, carrying supplies, stocking products, and cleaning work areas
