PFEP Coordinator - Wendell, NC

About the role

The PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Coordinator position is based at our Wendell, NC facility. Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database to define storage, packaging, labeling, and replenishment methods for all materials
• Analyze and optimize material flow across production and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Partner with production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and standardized material handling processes
• Implement and support lean practices such as kanban, point-of-use storage, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive inventory accuracy and space utilization improvements through data analysis and process standardization

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
• Experience working with inventory systems, data tracking, or material planning tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed datasets
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: High School/GED
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing or managing PFEP databases or similar material flow systems, Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, ERP systems proficiency, advanced Excel skill

Pay

The pay range for this position is $54,835 - $94,003 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and premium geographic location.
