PFEP Coordinator
About the role
You will be responsible for organizing and optimizing how every material or component is stored, moved, and replenished in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Developing and maintaining the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database to define storage, packaging, labeling, and replenishment methods for all materials
- Analyzing and optimizing material flow across production and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Pricing and supporting production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and standardized material handling processes
- Implementing and supporting lean practices such as kanban, point-of-use storage, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Driving inventory accuracy and space utilization improvements through data analysis and process standardization
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Experience working with inventory systems, data tracking, or material planning tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Likely authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or managing PFEP databases or similar material flow systems
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as kanban, 5S, and continuous improvement
- Experience working in a manufacturing or high-volume production environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and advanced Excel skill

Pay
The pay range for this position is $54,835 - $94,003 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
