Pet Parent Experience Associate

What You'll Do

• Client Support & Coordination: Independently serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out.
• Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency.
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care.
• Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families.

Qualifications

Preference given to those with Veterinary, animal care, or clinic operations experience, including hands-on work in a veterinary or animal care setting and front-desk/reception responsibilities.

Pay

Schedule

Flexible weekly availability, including weekends, for 10-and 12-hour shifts in an onsite role at a dedicated home clinic, with occasional coverage across multiple clinic locations
