Pet Parent Experience Associate

About the role

Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining urgent and primary care for pets and is seeking a full‑time Pet Parent Experience Associate. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting both urgent‑care and general‑practice clinics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check‑in through check‑out.
• Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency.
• Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain composure in fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations, addressing in‑clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit.

Requirements

• Veterinary, animal care, or clinic operations experience preferred, including hands‑on work in a veterinary or animal‑care setting and front‑desk/reception responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high‑quality, client‑centered experiences.
• Flexible weekly availability, including weekends, for 10‑ and 12‑hour shifts in an onsite role at a dedicated home clinic, with occasional coverage across multiple clinic locations.

Pay

$20–$22 per hour, plus 1.5× pay on Sploot‑recognized holidays.

Flexible weekly availability with 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts, including weekends; no overnight shifts required. Work is onsite at a dedicated home clinic with occasional coverage across multiple locations.
