Pest Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations to meet branch and company objectives.
• Interact with Pest and Termite Technicians, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Support Center Personnel.
• Coach and counsel employees as needed.
• Manage applied driver safety technology.
• Maintain a clean, presentable fleet of vehicles.
• Understand and apply pest control products.
• Order and manage chemical inventory.
• Approve payroll and time-off requests from direct reports.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid Louisiana or Texas Driver License.
• Background check and drug testing required.
• Frequent physical exertion including bending, kneeling, stretching, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Prior knowledge of PestPac, Paylocity, and Google products preferred.
• Pest and termite field experience preferred.
