Pest Control Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the overall growth and profitability of Fox by achieving and supporting key goals in Sales, Customer Service, Hiring, Retention, and others as designated.
• Lead and develop a team that embodies the Fox core values.
• Establish Fox as the leader in all pest management solutions in a given region.
• Manage and support a dedicated team of support staff for route planning, management, customer service, billing, and collections.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ Years of management experience in Business/Operations - all relevant route-based businesses are considered (Beverage, Delivery, Uniform, Vending, etc.).
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Previous experience in the pest control or lawn care industry (preferred).
• Previous experience managing a business budget and expenses.
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations.
• Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current Driver's License.
