Counsels and Advises

• Counsels and advises military and civilian personnel on travel procedures and responsibilities
• Counsels and advises military, civilian, and dependent entitlements
• Obtains visas and passports
• Arranges port calls
• Supports other related travel areas

Accounting and Reconciliation

• Balances and reconciles government credit card accounts
• Reviews invoices and statements
• Verifies information
• Processes material for application in the accounting system
• Researches causes of discrepancies
• Takes action to ensure that accounts balance

Data Maintenance

• Maintains and compiles data to support transportation and account reconciliation operations
• Uses automated software for these tasks

Requirements: Contractor personnel must complete a favorable background investigation and be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).

Pay: $24.68 per hour.
