Relocation Specialist

At Quality Services Moving, every day is active, hands-on, and different. We’re hiring reliable team members to help deliver safe, stress-free moves for families and businesses across Northern Virginia. No experience needed — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

We have multiple roles available:

• Packers (Detail-Oriented & Customer-Facing): Wrap and pack household goods with care, protect fragile items, valuables and flooring, label and organize items for safe transport, and work inside customer homes with professionalism.
• Movers (Active Crew Members): Load and unload trucks and moving equipment, safely handle household goods and boxes, support residential and commercial moves, and work as part of a fast-moving team.
• Warehouse Associates (Behind-the-Scenes Support): Receive and organize household goods, manage storage inventory and staging, load/unload trucks and storage vaults, and help maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Requirements

To join our team, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a valid REAL ID
• Be able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Be able to consistently lift 50+ lbs
• Be a reliable and dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes:

• Experience in moving, warehouse work, general labor, logistics, or delivery (but not required)

Pay

We offer competitive hourly pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus tips, overtime, and growth opportunities.

Schedule

We have full-time, part-time (whole days), and seasonal schedules available.
