Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Distribute workload and provide guidance to personnel within the TSO
- Perform primary DD214 signature authority duties
- Train and direct clerks to properly complete and check DD214s
- Train and direct alternate DD214 signature authorities
- Perform all installation level personnel processes related to mobilization and demobilization records and data management
- Validate and sign for mobilization files
- Update IPPS-A and MARRS-N databases upon receipt of deployment packets from the Garrison Support Organization S-1
- Ensure all approved documents pertaining to each Soldier are filed in his/her individual deployment packet and uploaded in iPERMS
- Update ISM and prepare DD Form 214 worksheets
- Review, verify and input all clearance data into ISM 72 hours prior to printing and distributing to allow other organizations to pre-clear Soldiers from their systems
- Maintain 100% accountability of all Reserve Component mobilization and demobilization records
- Prepare, log, file and distribute orders for National Guard and Reserve deploying and demobilizing Soldiers
- These orders include but not limited to extension orders, amendment revocations, attachments and releases from attachment
- Brief incoming demobilizing Soldiers on the DD Form 214 process at their demobilization brief
- Prepare and review DD Form 214, DD Form 220, and REFRAD orders during the demobilizing process using ISM
- Daily distribution of DD214s, TCS Orders and REFRAD orders to Installation AG personnel

- Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Windows graphical user interface) and Data/web based systems required for task area performing work.
- Must have a working knowledge of Army rank structure and military unit relationships (e.g., Company, Battalion, Brigade, Division, etc).
- Must be able to work under stressful conditions and be physically able to demonstrate the training/support tasks to standard.
- Must have the appropriate qualifications, certification, and/or license under the requirements for the task area being performed under this contract prior to commencement of work.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.

Education and/or Experience
- At a minimum, possess a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Preferred minimum 3 years military personnel experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of Army rank structure and military unit relationships.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience as identified above.
Language Skills
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to read, comprehend and explain instructions, letters, memos, emails and correspondence from inside the organization as well as from external sources.
- Ability to effectively respond, communicate and present information to senior management, contracting officials, clients and other employees in the organization.
Reasoning Ability
- The ability to organize work, define and solve problems, establish and manage priorities, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions based on facts.
- The ability to analyze a situation analytically, evaluate the facts/data and formulate a plan of action.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must possess a valid U.S. state driver’s license, applicable for the type and class of vehicle being operated.
