Personal Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provides a Safe and Secure Environment
• Provides a Visible Deterrent to crime/criminal element
• Provides a professional appearance
• Offers professional, courteous interaction with Clients and their customers
• Trains and deploys professionally trained, armed Security in the unlikely event of an emergency or attempted criminal activity
• Ensures clear and concise communication (both written and verbal)
• Familiarity with ASP Rules, Regulations
• Punctual reporting, timely response
• Maintain competence with updated rules, regulations and policies
• Adequate adaptability, flexibility with Customer requirements, site necessities
• Upholds Company Values and remains vigilant in their duties
• Maintains an open and fluid connection with management
• Supportive, respectful, team-oriented towards co-workers, willing to work together to accomplish Company goals with positive outcomes
• Open and positive to change as necessary to meet both Company and Customer requirements
• Maintains a sense of humor, remains flexible

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Be able to pass a drug test
• Be able to work nights and weekends
