Personal Lines Service Insurance Agent - Base Salary, Benefits + Uncapped Commissions

About the role

We are an independent insurance agency representing over 75 top insurance companies. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, customer service-oriented individual with a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service Western Insurance Associates personal insurance clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, process policy transactions, and tailor insurance coverage to clients' needs.
• Communication: Answer the phone and respond promptly to emails to ensure excellent customer service.
• Policy Management: Review and update insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and process policy change requests.
• Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process and liaise with insurance carriers for timely claim resolutions.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, generate policy documents, track policy renewals, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Risk Management: Educate clients on coverage options and help them manage risks effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with agents, underwriters, and team members to provide seamless service to clients.
• Education & Development: Stay updated with industry trends, policy changes, and product offerings from insurance carriers.
