Personal Lines Service Insurance Agent - Base Salary, Benefits + Uncapped Commissions

As an Independent Insurance Agency representing over 75 of the top Insurance Companies in America, we provide our clients with professional advice and the power of choice to determine the best solution for their needs. The next professional who joins our Team will be a self-driven, customer service person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service Western Insurance Associates personal insurance clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, processing policy transactions, and ensuring clients receive optimal insurance coverage tailored to their needs.
- Communicate with clients by answering the phone and promptly responding to emails to provide excellent customer service.
- Review insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and recommend changes as needed.
- Process any policy change requests, including endorsements, policy cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Guide clients through the claims process, helping them file claims and providing follow-up support.
- Liaise between clients and insurance carriers to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Generate and distribute certificates of insurance, ID cards, and other policy documents.
- Track and ensure timely renewal of policies.
- Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and agency policies.
- Educate clients on coverage options and help them manage risk effectively.
- Work closely with agents, underwriters, and team members to provide seamless service to clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, policy changes, and product offerings from insurance carriers.
- Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required.

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
