Personal Lines Service Insurance Agent - Base Salary, Benefits + Uncapped Commissions

About the role

We are seeking a self-driven, customer service-oriented individual to join our Walla Walla Team. This position offers a competitive base salary with a generous commission structure and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service Western Insurance Associates personal insurance clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, process policy transactions, and ensure clients receive optimal insurance coverage tailored to their needs.
• Communication: Answer the phone and respond promptly to emails to provide excellent customer service.
• Policy Management: Review insurance policies, recommend changes, process policy change requests, and ensure timely renewal of policies.
• Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, assist with filing claims, and provide follow-up support.
• Liaison: Liaise between clients and insurance carriers to ensure timely resolution of claims.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, generate and distribute policy documents, and track policy renewals.
• Risk Management: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and educate clients on coverage options and risk management.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with agents, underwriters, and team members to provide seamless service to clients.
• Education & Development: Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and product offerings, and obtain necessary licenses and certifications.

Qualifications
