Personal Lines Producer

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record in sales and new-business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred)
• Background in either an independent agency or captive environment
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Pay

Base Salary: $70,000+
