Personal Lines Producer

About the role

Seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and new-business development, with 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, either from an independent agency or captive environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred)
• Proven track record in sales and new-business development
• Experience in both captive and independent agency environments is welcome
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals

Pay

Base Salary: $70,000+
