About the role

Seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven ability to build and maintain a profitable book of business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales strategies
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote work environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support to clients

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance production (preferred)
• Background in either a captive or independent agency environment
• Proven track record in sales and new-business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Pay

Base Salary: $70,000+

Schedule

3-year validation schedule with the opportunity to validate early based on individual production and results
