Compensation Package

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Process new and renewal quotes efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management
  • Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: 3-10 years of experience in personal lines account management, with a strong focus on servicing accounts
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment, demonstrating discipline and reliability
  • Preferred Background: Prior independent agency experience is highly preferred
