Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid

Description

This is a fulltime position for our McDonough, GA location. This position is open to Hybrid. M-F 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Service and manage a book of personal insurance clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional, timely, and solution-oriented service.
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
• Manage a book of Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance business, including auto, homeowners, and related coverages.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites accurately and within required timeframes.
• Track policy expirations and work proactively to ensure timely renewals.
• Gather and analyze underwriting information, including applications, questionnaires, and loss runs.
• Prepare complete and accurate submissions, including ACORD applications and supplemental forms.
• Market accounts to carriers, perform online rating as needed, and assist with coverage comparisons.
• Bind coverage and ensure compliance with carrier requirements and applicable regulations.
• Review issued policies for accuracy and request corrections when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity notes in the agency management system.
• Stay current on personal lines products, carrier guidelines, and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
• 2–5 years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; additional insurance education or designations a plus
