Responsibilities
- Manage a $4 million premium book of business, focusing on personal lines accounts
- Handle renewals, cross-selling, and rounding accounts
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the back-office team for Certificates of Insurance (COI) and policy changes
- Quote new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals
- Work closely with producers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a brokerage environment, specifically in personal lines insurance
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is required
- Soft Skills: Personable and approachable demeanor, strong team player with a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, timely and organized in managing tasks and deadlines, ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Pay
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
