Compensation Package

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a book of business from start to finish, working with standard middle-market personal lines accounts and occasionally high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of business from A-Z, including policy changes, rewriting, marketing, billing, endorsements, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Quote new and renewal business as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of agency experience in personal lines insurance (captive experience will also be considered).
  • Familiarity with standard middle-market personal lines accounts; experience with high-net-worth accounts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
