Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team!
Your primary goal is to build strong, positive relationships with both new and long-term clients, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and overall agency growth. You’ll be the go-to person they trust, making sure they’re happy, supported, and sticking with us for the long haul.
- Manage day-to-day service needs for personal lines clients, including policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims support.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Shopping and remarketing coverage when needed.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent, proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stay informed on carrier offerings, underwriting guidelines, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- Working closely with virtual assistants and teammates to create smoother processes.
- Represent the agency in a professional, knowledgeable, and service-oriented manner.
- Sharing ideas that make our team stronger and more efficient.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Licensing: Active property and casualty required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Knowledge of common personal insurance products (e.g., home, auto, renters, umbrella).
