Personal Injury Litigation Assistant

About the role

You might be just what we're looking for as our next personal injury legal assistant. You'll assist our attorneys and paralegals with litigation cases throughout the firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails
• Schedule meetings and travel
• Inform the legal team of upcoming deadlines
• Order medical and billing records
• Submit paperwork electronically in state and federal courts

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced law office environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in using legal software and electronic filing systems
