Responsibilities
- Oversee the case lifecycle from intake confirmation through settlement, trial, or closure
- Manage case milestones, deadlines, and follow-up cadences across the litigation team
- Track medical record retrieval, treatment timelines, demand packages, and negotiation status
- Maintain data integrity in the case management system and CRM
- Oversee lien resolution, including medical liens, Medicare/Medicaid, and third-party claims
- Oversee the firm’s litigation calendar and all critical deadlines across active dockets
- Manage client relationships, ensuring communication is proactive and professional
- Train staff on systems, workflows, and best practices
- Directly supervise staff, manage performance, accountability, and development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Experience managing litigation calendars and deadline-driven workflows
- Strong client communication skills
- Proven track record in managing staff and holding teams accountable to production metrics
- Experience with case management and CRM software
- Paralegal certificate, legal operations background, or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation
$85,000 - $85,000/year
