- Cook up with attorneys, medical professionals, and insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case management records.
- Aid in preparing legal documents and case summaries.
- Conduct research to support case strategies and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout the case process.
- Provide empathetic support to clients during challenging times.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in case management or legal support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of personal injury law is a plus.
