Description
TORKLAW is a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm that values teamwork, professional development, and a client-centered approach. They are seeking a Case Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury, proficient with standard office and productivity software, strong collaboration skills, excellent communication, high organization, resourcefulness, professionalism, and a bilingual advantage (English and Spanish).
Responsibilities
- Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement
- Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties
- Aid in drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials
- Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process
- Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations
- Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups are completed timely
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution
- Provide compassionate and professional client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism
Qualifications
- Proficient with standard office and productivity software
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally
- Professional, personable, and client-focused demeanor
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus but not required)
- Prior litigation experience is a plus
