Personal Injury Attorney (Licensed) - $155,000 to $250,000+ On-Plan Compensation

Responsibilities

• Owning and progressing active personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial
• Conducting client consultations, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Negotiating with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
• Collaborating with a dedicated support team of paralegals, case managers, and medical records specialists
• Managing case documentation, deadlines, and communication with clients
• Participating in strategy sessions and firm reviews

Qualifications

• Active licenses in both Virginia and Maryland in good standing
• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury
• Proven ability to handle high-volume caseloads independently
• Trial experience, including bench trials
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and case management skills
• Proficiency with case management software

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $125,000-$140,000, with quarterly performance commissions, origination fees, and uncapped earning potential.
