About the role

A boutique firm is seeking an associate to support the managing partners' growing caseload. The role offers a great growth opportunity and includes benefits such as a 401K plan with matching contributions, PTO, and other perks.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases including initial client meetings, case evaluations, and investigations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to prepare for court proceedings.
• Develop case strategies and present cases in court, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
• Proven trial experience and a strong record of successful case settlements.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Proficient in conducting investigations and legal research.
• Exceptional legal writing skills and the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and typically includes standard business hours, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
