About the role
Odegaard Injury Lawyers is a state-wide law firm specializing in catastrophic personal injury and worker's compensation law. We are looking to hire two experienced Personal Injury Attorneys for our Billings office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a personal injury practice
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case development, motion practice, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, and preparing for trial
- Work with a top-notch paralegal and legal support team
- Utilize cutting-edge technology and software
- Participate in Roth and Traditional 401(K) plans with matching participation
- Receive annual performance bonuses
Requirements
- Two or more years of civil practice experience
- Strong writing skills
- Montana Bar License (Required)
Qualifications
