Job Details

• Manage exciting, high stakes litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients.
• Work on high profile, significant damages cases on behalf of catastrophically injured clients.
• Work with a recognized expert in the areas of child sexual abuse litigation, privacy rights, and pharmacy mistakes.

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases from intake through trial and advocate for clients in court.
• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
• Prepare discovery, written communication, law and motion, and trial-related motion work.

Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar
• Law degree from accredited law school
• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Personal injury experience preferred
