Responsibilities
- For cases valued over $150,000, work with senior litigation attorney to prosecute the case
- For cases below $150,000, take responsibility to move the case towards resolution or trial with senior attorney supervision
- Conduct discovery
- Complete depositions
- Attend mediation
- Take cases to trial
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an attorney
- Self-starter attitude
