About the role
The Taylor Law Firm, LLC is a fast-paced, boutique sized personal injury firm located in Marietta and Douglasville, Georgia. We have been serving the Atlanta area since 2018. We are dedicated to fighting for our clients to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve. We do not just settle, we fight!Responsibilities
- Manage your pre-litigation caseload
- Generate demand letters
- Initiate and oversee the litigation process
- Negotiate pre-litigation matters
- Review and analyze the validity of cases
- Create legal documents
- Organize case information
- Review laws and regulations
- Receive a monthly bonus incentive
Requirements
- License in good standing to practice law in Georgia
- Maintain consistent communication with clients during the pre-litigation phase
- Work closely with case managers and other support staff during the pre-litigation phase
- Have a minimum of 5 years Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
- Strong time management skills required
- Be able to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Have strong client service skills
- Handle all aspects of litigation including matters with jurisdiction in federal court
- Have excellent communication both written and verbal
- Have excellent organization and research skills
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated and professional
- Be detail-oriented and motivated
- Maintain heavy communication with clients and adjusters
- Initiate welcome calls with new clients
- Gather case details such as photos, treatment information & insurance information
- Conduct settlements proceedings
- Negotiate all liens and final balances with all treating providers
- Correspond with medical providers to ensure clients are receiving adequate medical treatment
- Aid with property damage when needed
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have strong negotiation skills
Pay
First 90 days
A guaranteed salary of $160,000
After 90 days
The base changes to $110,000.00 with monthly bonus incentives of up to $10,000 per month.
