About the role
This role sits inside our Oklahoma City office. You'll carry a personal injury pre-litigation caseload — building client relationships, negotiating with insurers, and moving cases toward resolution. Dedicated paralegals, case managers, and intake staff handle the administrative load so your time stays on law.
Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent, proactive communication
- Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery
- Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, correspondence, and legal documents
- Collaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the OKC office
- Develop referral relationships that grow your book of business — and your income
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Bar license — required
- At least one year of personal injury experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered
- Eligibility to obtain Missouri Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity)
- Genuine client-first orientation — you understand how a case outcome affects someone's life
- Organized and self-directed in a high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with legal technology and case management platforms

Pay
$115,000 – $150,000 Total Compensation
Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you — there is no cap.
