Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in someone's day? SilverLeaf Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our PM shift team. As a PCW, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing the support, encouragement, and care they need to enjoy a safe and fulfilling lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to assisted living residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support residents with meals, evening routines, and daily activities
- Encourage resident independence while providing assistance when needed
- Observe residents and report changes or concerns to appropriate team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable individual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide respectful and dignified care
- Willingness to support residents with their daily needs
- Must be 18 years of age or older
