Job Title: Life Enrichment Specialist (Caregiver) Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm Weekends possible sometimes. We’re looking for a compassionate Life Enrichment Specialist to join our team and make a difference in one of our clients’ daily life. About The Role A family in Lancaster, KY is seeking a caregiver to provide support. The ideal caregiver will be patient, encouraging, and dependable, helping to promote daily activity and independence. Seeking an experienced, dependable female caregiver for a fully mobile client with dementia. The client requires close supervision and a calm, mature caregiver who understands dementia-related behaviors and safety risks, including wandering. Duties include supervision and companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and helping maintain a safe and structured daily routine. The home is very clean, smoke-free, pet-free, and there are no other residents in the home. The ideal caregiver will have dementia-care experience, be patient and reliable, and be comfortable working independently. Russian-speaking ability is a plus but is not required. This client needs someone dependable who can provide consistent attendance and compassionate, mature care. Client Needs The client is fully mobile but experiences frequent seizures. The caregiver should remain attentive and available to assist if a seizure occurs. Prior experience with, or knowledge of, seizure care is strongly preferred.
