About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Life Enrichment Specialist (female caregiver preferred) to support a wonderful client in the home. The client is upbeat, enjoys friendly company, and loves sitting outside on the porch.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with showering and personal care
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• General home support
• Mobility assistance (client uses a walker)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring safety due to fall risk, vision/hearing impairment, and mild memory loss
• Ocassional assistance with incontinence care

Requirements

• Experience with memory care
• Dependable and punctual
• Caregiver must be compassionate, patient, and easygoing
• Must speak English
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• If you are female, this is a preferred requirement for the client's comfort preference
• Must be dependable and trustworthy
