About the role
As a Personal Banking Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions that help them achieve their goals. From supporting customers through their home ownership journey to identifying opportunities across lending, KiwiSaver and everyday banking needs, no two days are the same.

About you
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within banking, financial services, retail, hospitality or another service-focused environment
- Confident in building relationships and having meaningful conversations with customers
- Skilled in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Interested in personal lending, home ownership and helping customers achieve their financial aspirations
- Digitally savvy and comfortable adapting to new technologies and ways of working
- Strong in time management, organization and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a team environment and contributes positively to team success
Qualifications
