Responsibilities

• Provides world-class member service to members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Processes transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Performs various file maintenance tasks such as changing addresses, ordering checks, and ATM cards.
• Assists with morning and evening branch preparations and other teammember needs.
• Maintains cash and negotiables.
• Provides suggestions for improving department and credit union operations.
• Processes new memberships, additional share accounts, savings services, and consumer loan requests.
• Identifies and corrects member account problems through research and provides solutions.
• Delivers world-class face-to-face service to members requesting account assistance.
• Assesses member needs, addresses concerns, and gains agreement for credit union product and service consultations.
• Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including BSA regulations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• One to three years of prior related experience are preferred.
• A Notary License is required.
• Participation in the California DMV pull program may be required based on assignment.

Skills

• Knowledge of credit union savings and consumer loan products.
• Basic knowledge of real estate products.

Pay

The typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based on their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

The pay range for this position is $24.56 - $35.62 per hour.
