Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II)

About the role

The Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) position at SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a dynamic individual who can provide world-class member service and promote credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service to members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Processes transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Performs file maintenance tasks such as changing addresses, ordering checks, and ATM cards.
• Assists with branch preparation and performs vault and night drop duties.
• Supports team members with morning and evening preparations.
• Maintains cash and negotiables.
• Provides suggestions for improving department and credit union operations.
• Handles new memberships, additional share accounts, savings services, and consumer loan requests.
• Researches and resolves member account issues.
• Delivers face-to-face service to members requesting account assistance.
• Provides consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services.
• Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• One to three years of prior related experience.
• A Notary License.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.56 - $35.62 per hour.
